  • We currently serve Allen, Anna, Aubrey, Celina, Farmersville, Frisco, Lewisville, Little Elm, Melissa, McKinney, Princeton, Prosper, Providence Village and The Colony. If you're unsure whether we cover your location, feel free to contact us!

  • We offer four core packages:

    • Signature Cleaning

  • Nope! We bring all our own standard and/or eco-friendly cleaning products and professional-grade equipment. If you prefer we use your products, just let us know in advance.

  • We hand-make most of our eco-friendly/green cleaning products, using: white vinegar, essential oils (lavender, tea tree, lemon), baking soda, castile soap, rubbing alcohol, borax and of course…water! The few big name store bought products we use for green cleaning are with Method: multipurpose cleaner and furniture polish.

  • We do not:

    • Clean bodily fluids, pet waste, or mold

    • Move heavy furniture

    • Clean high or unreachable areas without proper tools or safety

    • Handle hoarding, pest infestations, or deep carpet shampooing

  • The only payment method we accept, is a debit or credit card. At the time of booking, your preferred card will be added to your account in our portal. We require a $50 non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is charged after the cleaning is complete on your scheduled service day.

  • We ask for 2 business day’s notice. Cancellations or reschedules within 1 business day are subject to forfeiture of your deposit. Same day cancellations will result in a fee in the amount of 50% service price.

  • Yes! We offer discounted rates for weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly clients. Contact us for personalized pricing.

  • We stand by our work. If something wasn't cleaned to your expectations, let us know within 24 hours, and we'll do our best to make it right.

  • For recurring services, we do our best to send the same team. However, schedules and availability may occasionally require substitutes.

  • Not at all! Just provide access instructions (e.g., lock box code or spare key) and we’ll take care of the rest. Your privacy and security are always respected.

  • Time varies based on the service and the size of your home. We'll give you an estimated window when booking, but we never rush—we focus on quality.

  • Yes! We’re fully insured to protect your home and our team members. All of our staff are background checked and vetted before they begin working.
